On Thursday, Feb. 27, former Benicia High School standout Braxton Brown’s current college team, the Saint Mary’s Gaels, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.
The game took place at Campus Diamond. This was their second matchup against the Gauchos this season.
The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 9 a.m. at Campus Diamond against Creighton Bluejays.
