On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Vacaville High School standout Michael Benevides’ current college team, the Northern State Wolves, lost 15-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks.
The game took place at ISG Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mavericks this season.
The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 a.m. at Drake Field against Dakota Wesleyan Tigers.
